Shalom is the head of Shellanoo Group’s legal counsel, having joined in 2015. He advises on all legal matters for the portfolio and company. Before joining Shellanoo Group, Shalom was a corporate associate at a leading Israeli law firm, and prior to that he worked as a business and legal manager for a family office which managed over $3 billion in assets. He is qualified to practice law in New York and Israel, and has broad experience advising on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters – with particular focus on M&A, venture capital transactions and business development.
Shalom has an undergraduate degree in law (LLB) and a masters degree in Law (LLM) from Bar-Ilan University, a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Tel Aviv University, and an Executive Master of Science in Business from Zicklin School of Business, Baruch College of New York. Shalom acts as a board member to 14 companies based in Israel, and was previously the CLO for Yakhin Hakal – one the largest development companies in Israel.
